BuckleBath follows all car seat manufacture guidelines, and uses only all natural products. Using harsh chemicals is prohibited as it can compromise the integrity of car seat straps.
Our founder is a licensed CPS technician trained to ensure car seats are cleaned properly and has trained the team

It depends!
On average, a BuckleBath takes about 45 minutes. And a BioBath typically takes 3 hours.
In some instances, items will be returned within 24 hours. But for major messes, it can take longer. If your gear is covered in sunscreen, slime or a box of cereal we may need 48 hours. We have seen it all and we never judge!
Upon pick up we will communicate approximate timing with you, through text message, once the cleaning associate has a chance to review your gear.

Not at all! Despite the company's adorable name, your gear will not be wet.
All gear will be ready to use upon drop off.

We do much of our work from our Bucklebath van. Sometimes we will use independent or industrial washers and dryers for major messes.

First, you’ll book a time through our site. From there, a BuckleBath employee will arrive to the pick up location within 30-minutes of the booked pickup time. If you live in an apartment, please make sure he or she can get into the building or that your items are left with a doorman. You will be able to recognize our employees by their pink shirt and the pink van out front!
A cleaning associate will communicate with you upon pick up, and will send you an email or text message once reviewing your gear, to give you an approximate drop off time. If you have any questions about your gear during cleaning or once it has been dropped back off with you, please contact BuckleBath NYC Customer Service through nyc@bucklebathnyc.com or by calling 877-567-BATH
Please note that bad weather or other unforeseeable traffic emergencies may force us to postpone or suspend chosen delivery dates and times. If there is a significant delay, a customer service representative will call, text or e-mail you as soon as possible.
